Our chef Miguel Casal Tojo hails from Galicia on Spain’s Atlantic coast, famous for the finest of
Spanish cuisine.
His philosophy is simple; employ the very best of local produce prepared to order without fuss
and let the flavours shine through.
Succulent steaks grilled to perfection, traditional Galician octopus, fresh and light ceviche, whole
salt-baked or grilled local fish, an array of garden-fresh salads plus daily specials are just a few
of the delights featuring on our menu which also has various options for vegetarians/vegans.

A breakfast buffet included in the price is available to all guests. A selection of freshly baked breads and pastries sit alongside cold cuts and hot dishes providing the perfect start to the day.
