Our chef Manuel Novás hails from Galicia on Spain’s Atlantic coast, famous for the finest of Spanish cuisine along with a world beating tradition in possibly the best seafood in the world.
He began his schooling in Galicia’s San Javier chef school, and after working in some of the top restaurants in the region including Michelin starred ‘Toñi Vicente’, Manuel formed part of the team chosen to represent Galician Cuisine at the 1998 Lisbon Universal Expo.
He now resides in Ibiza and we are delighted to welcome him into the Boutique Hostal Salinas team.
A breakfast buffet included in the price is available to all guests. A selection of freshly baked breads and pastries sit alongside cold cuts and hot dishes providing the perfect start to the day.
